Well, both IIT Kharagpur and IIT Bhubaneswar are pretty good options, so it's a tough call!

IIT Kharagpur is definitely one of the top IITs in India. Their Chemical Engineering placement record is also quite decent. In 2019, around 80% of the students got placed, and some went for higher studies. Companies like Abbott India Limited, ITC Limited, and Aditya Birla Science & Technology Company Ltd often recruit from IIT Kharagpur.

IIT Bhubaneswar is newer, but it's catching up fast, especially in placements. The ECE branch is relatively new, so there's not much placement data yet. But the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering departments have good records. In 2019, about 86% of Electrical Engineering and 83% of Mechanical Engineering students got job offers. Plus, IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 26 by NIRF, which is not bad at all for a newer IIT.

Ultimately, it depends on what you're looking for. Both IITs have their strengths, so consider what matters most to you!
